TP Tutors are looking for an English Tutor! Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated English Tutor to provide one-on-one tuition to students, helping them develop a strong understanding of the English language. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of the English curriculum, a passion for teaching, and the ability to cater to students' individual learning needs. Key Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one English tuition tailored to individual student needs. Support students in mastering the English curriculum across various levels. Assess students' learning needs and provide timely, constructive feedback. Develop personalised lesson plans designed to address each student's unique academic requirements. Foster a positive and supportive learning environment. Qualifications & Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in tutoring or teaching English. In-depth knowledge of the English curriculum and teaching methodologies. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A passion for helping students achieve their academic potential. Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is preferred. Working Conditions: Tuition sessions will take place in schools, local community centres, or students' homes. Flexibility in offering both online and face-to-face tutoring. Competitive pay: £25 – £30 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
