The Role – Panel Beater (Structural Repairs):
10. You’ll be responsible for high-quality structural repairs, using the latest techniques to restore vehicles to manufacturer standards.
11. Measuring, anchoring, and pulling to restore vehicle integrity
12. Working with high-strength steels, aluminium, and composites
13. Understanding OEM repair procedures to determine the correct approach
14. Replacing or repairing structural panels, chassis components, and key safety structures
15. Ensuring vehicles are returned to factory specifications and crashworthiness
What We’re Looking For:
16. Experienced Panel Beater with a strong background in structural repairs
17. Skilled in measuring, anchoring, and pulling techniques
18. Knowledgeable in modern vehicle materials and their repair challenges
19. Able to follow OEM guidelines and manufacturer repair processes
20. A team player, ready to contribute to a well-established, high-performing workshop
