Job Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen in our E-Commerce department for a Digital Merchandising Apprentice to join our team. This is a fantastic role for a college leaver looking to start their career in digital retail and e-commerce.
Our goal is to ensure customers can easily navigate our website and quickly find the products they're looking for. As part of our team, you'll help deliver a smooth and visually consistent online shopping experience.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Supporting the team with accurate and timely data entry, including creating and updating product listings
* Maintaining website content to ensure product ranges, prices, and descriptions are up to date
* Collaborating with other departments, suppliers, and third parties to ensure all product information is accurate and complete
* Sourcing, editing, and uploading product imagery in line with brand and visual standards
* Assisting with general e-commerce merchandising tasks and administrative support
Skills & Attributes Required:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience with formulas such as VLOOKUP
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
* Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and suppliers
* Goodtime management and the ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines
This role can be offered on a full-time or part-time basis, depending on the successful candidate, and working hours can be discussed further at interview.
The role is temporary with a view to becoming permanent.
Please note: The salary for this position will follow the Apprentice National Minimum Wage, appropriate to the age of the appointed candidate.
