About the Role

What You Will Be Doing
1. Performing scheduled maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
2. Diagnosing faults and fixing issues quickly to prevent disruptions
3. Responding to urgent repairs and troubleshooting on-site problems
4. Testing and maintaining critical systems like generators, UPS units, and emergency lighting
5. Keeping detailed records of work carried out
6. Assisting with minor repairs, including joinery, plumbing, or basic electrical tasks
7. Monitoring systems using Building Management Systems (BMS)
8. Following safety procedures to protect yourself and others
9. Being on-call for emergency responses roughly once every four weeks
