What we're looking for: We are looking for someone who has experience in maintenance, ideally in healthcare or senior living environments who: Knows your way around basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks Is a problem-solver with a keen eye for detail Is self-motivated and good at managing your own time Is a great communicator and a team player Can keep your work area clean and safe Has basic IT skills And you're willing to learn whatever you need to do the job right Role & Responsibilities Swiftly and efficiently handle any general maintenance work and record-keeping within the care home. Guarantee all Compliance and Mandatory checks are completed and recorded within the designated timeframe. Prioritise a safe environment for all our residents and colleagues. Maintain all equipment utilised by employees and residents to the highest standard, ensuring it's always ready for use. Keep garden areas, driveways, and paths tidy and welcoming at all times.
