The position requires hands-on fabrication skills, including the use of basic machine tools such as drills, lathes, and mills to modify parts and produce simple components like brackets and mounting plates. Close coordination with production control is essential when dealing with incomplete kits, and all work must meet defined quality and technical standards. Effective communication with senior technicians and team leaders is key to resolving issues during the build process and maintaining workflow efficiency.
