A superb opportunity has arisen in Gloucestershire for an experienced Surveyor to join our clients, an independent practice with an excellent reputation. Our clients are seeking a qualified Surveyor to carry out Level 2 and 3 Surveys, as well as some Redbook valuations.
Working hours:
1. Monday – Friday
2. Remote / Work From Home
Our client is offering a successful Residential Surveyor:
3. Basic salary up to £40,000
4. Strong bonus structure paying circa £10,000 - £15,000 per annum
5. Car Allowance
6. Healthcare
7. On Target Earnings of £55,000 - £60,000 per annum
Residential Surveyor requirements:
8. Experienced and qualified
9. Minimum AssocRICS
10. VRS
11. Strong background in Building Pathology
