We have an exciting opportunity for experienced Social Workers in Glasgow to work as part of a well established and thriving Criminal Justice Team. The ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running with relevant experience and skills to become a valued member of the team.
Fantastic pay opportunity of up to £35 per hour depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
7. Required to conduct assessments of individuals involved in the criminal justice system, to allow identifying their needs and risks and making most suitable recommendations based on findings.
8. Will be responsible for developing care plans and making sure they are implemented effectively to address the specific needs of clients.
9. Providing support and intervention services to individuals to reduce re-offending and promote rehabilitation.
10. Will work and collaborate with other professionals and agencies to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
11. Responsible for engaging with clients and their families to facilitate positive outcomes and sustainable changes while in a professional manner to show best service possible.
12. Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of interventions and assessments.
Requirements:
13. Social work degree or equivalent.
14. Member of the PVG scheme.
15. Registered with Scotland Social Service Council (SSSC).
16. Knowledge of theory and practice of care assessment, planning and detailed knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation and its application.
17. Supervisory skills, as may supervise students, trainees, support staff and volunteers.
18. Analytic, planning and communication skills.
