As Manufacturing Technology Officer, your responsibilities will include:
* Developing and implementing the Group's Industry 4.0 and Automation Roadmap
* Identifying and integrating emerging technologies to improve productivity, quality, and data connectivity
* Advising senior leadership on strategic manufacturing technology investments
* Driving automation and process optimisation across all production sites
* Supporting technology integration during mergers and new site developments
* Mentoring site managers on Industry 4.0 principles and operational best practice
