Administrator and Sales Support
The Blendsmiths Administrator & Sales Support role is responsible for assisting the co-founders with administrative tasks, managing day-to-day business administrative duties, processing orders, responding to customer enquiries and complaints, and supporting the sales team with documentation, product sheets, and retailer-ready materials.
This person plays a key role in ensuring seamless operations, strong customer relationships, and helping the sales function grow.
We will need you to bring energy, lots of ambition, creativity, be a good communicator with astute attention to detail and above all, we like to hire people who are driven to be a part of something unique.
What you will be doing:
Customer Service & Enquiries
* Act as the first point of contact for phone, email, and online enquiries.
* Resolve customer questions, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
* Track and escalate recurring issues to management.
Order Management
* Process customer orders accurately through internal systems.
* Liaise with warehouse/operations to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
* Monitor order statuses and communicate updates to customers.
* Support with managing stock queries, pricing, and lead times.
* Assist the export team with required exportation documents.
Sales Support
* Create and update sales materials including product information sheets, presentations, and sales decks.
* Prepare customer-specific documentation for retailers such as supermarkets, wholesale partners, and distributors.
* Assist with onboarding new customers by organising contracts, account details, and compliance documentation.
* Maintain and update CRM systems with customer data, leads, and communications.
* Support the sales team with scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and follow-up tasks.
General Administration
* Maintain organised digital filing systems for customer documents, sales assets, and company records.
* Assist Co-Founders with general administrative tasks
