Overview
As a Product Manager - Lead Sourcing, you will be responsible for building the systems, models, and processes that enable our global Sales teams to find the right lead at the right time. You'll design and deliver the strategy that powers our commercial engine – combining data, technology, and market insight to create intelligent, scalable lead generation and prioritisation capabilities. This is a critical role in transforming how Ebury identifies and acts on opportunities across diverse geographies, products, and client segments.
Responsibilities
* Build and own Ebury's lead sourcing and prioritisation strategy – ensuring every market has a consistent, high-quality pipeline of prospects.
* Partner closely with Data Science, Marketing, and Sales to design and deploy data-driven models that score, segment, and surface the most valuable leads.
* Manage integrations and partnerships with external data providers – optimising vendor selection, data coverage, and ROI across different markets.
* Work with Sales leadership to localise sourcing strategies for markets at different maturity levels – balancing global standards with local needs.
* Define, measure, and track key funnel metrics: lead quality, conversion rates, cost per lead, and data completeness.
* Collaborate with Product and Engineering to build AI-powered lead discovery and enrichment tools integrated directly into the Sales workflow (e.g., within CRM).
* Be relentlessly results-led – set clear success metrics for every initiative, track performance rigorously, and iterate quickly to maximise Sales impact and pipeline contribution.
* Continuously experiment with new data sources, scoring models, and enrichment techniques to improve lead accuracy and conversion.
Qualifications
* 5+ years in Product Management.
* Proven experience designing or leading data-driven lead sourcing or scoring systems in a B2B context.
* Strong technical and analytical skills – comfortable working with data scientists and engineers, understanding models, and translating business needs into data requirements.
* Experience managing data vendors and integrations (e.g., Moodys, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cognism, etc.).
* Proficient with analytics tools (e.g., BigQuery, SQL, Looker, or similar) and able to extract insights independently.
* Deep understanding of Sales processes and funnel dynamics in complex, multi-market B2B environments.
* Entrepreneurial and impact-oriented – able to turn ambiguity and fragmented data into clear, actionable strategies.
