Meet the Team
Join the Cisco Experience Center (CXC) Demonstrations team in delivering impactful technology experiences to customers visiting our world-class briefing center in Bedfont Lakes, UK. The CXC team hosts senior leaders from Cisco’s major customers and partners, helping them understand the value of Cisco’s platform. Cisco campus includes onsite gym, cafeteria, day care (nursery), free parking, and EV charging, set in the beautiful landscape of Bedfont Lakes.
Your Impact
* Meet Executives from around the world across industries at the Cisco Experience Center showcases.
* Develop & present compelling business cases to customers, maintaining expert knowledge of business & industry use-cases.
* Bridge with storytelling, showcasing Cisco technologies' cross-architecture advantages.
* Provide feedback to Cisco leadership and product teams to improve solutions based on customer interactions.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Understanding of Cisco Strategy and familiarity with Cisco Portfolio: Enterprise Networking, Security, Collaboration, AI-Ready Data Center, IoT, Cloud, and observability.
* Deep background in at least one Cisco Architecture: Security, Enterprise Network, or Collaboration.
* Excellent public speaking and listening skills.
* Experience in content creation like storyboarding, graphic design, role-based scenarios.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Electrical or Computer Engineering with 10+ years of IT industry experience.
* Solution-selling skills and knowledge of Cisco solutions, with eagerness to learn.
* Creative troubleshooting skills for live demonstration platforms.
* Ability to communicate technical information to diverse audiences, including CxO level.
* Project management skills.
* Experience working with customers and in the IT industry for 10+ years.
* Camera-aware to optimize virtual viewing.
* Cisco Certifications (e.g., CCNA, DevNet, CCNP).
