Job Introduction

When you join Eden Futures, you'll undergo a comprehensive Induction Programme involving face-to-face training, e-learning, and shadowing experienced team members. We will support you to complete your Care Certificate and gain a Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care or relevant to your role, in partnership with Paragon Skills.
*Roles are paid at £12.70 per hour, or approximately £27,000 annually based on a 42-hour week. The salary shown is an annual equivalent for illustration.
Shifts vary across days, nights, and weekends, offering flexibility to suit your commitments.

Main Responsibilities
* Support service users to lead active lives based on their wishes, needs, and support plans
* Ensure safety and safeguard welfare
* Provide emotional support with a person-centred approach
* Assist with social activities, finances, medication, practical tasks, personal care, and healthcare
* Act as an informal contact for service users' support circle
* Accurately report and record issues related to care and support
* Follow health and safety regulations and maintain professional boundaries
* Adhere to organisational policies and demonstrate organisational values
