L'Oréal Designer Fragrances Fragrance Expert (22.5 hours per week)
As a Fragrance Expert, you will have a true passion for fragrance and be able to confidently discuss the products, providing luxury customer service. You should be target-driven, skilled in capturing attention, and able to tell the story behind each product to enhance fragrance sales.
Master Category Knowledge
* Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all fragrance products and update the team’s knowledge regularly.
* Participate in all brand training sessions and apply learned knowledge effectively.
* Monitor Icon products daily.
* Stay informed about competitors’ products and activities, sharing relevant insights with your line manager.
* Develop detailed knowledge of the fragrance market.
* Promote brand expertise in fragrances.
Execute Business & Operations
* Accurately complete all personal paperwork on time.
* Be aware of and work towards personal and account targets, including KPIs.
* Monitor stock levels closely, adhering to retailer guidelines, and report issues promptly.
* Contribute creative ideas for new business, especially around product launches and anniversaries.
* Follow all boutique rules and regulations.
Drive Selling Process/Techniques
* Provide luxury service consistently, encouraging customers to return.
* Drive retail sales through in-store events and foster brand loyalty, focusing on fragrances.
* Offer personalized product and sample recommendations.
* Focus on cross-selling and recruiting new customers.
* Communicate confidently and present effectively when engaging with customers.
* Maximize sales during busy periods through traffic stopping techniques.
* Develop the fragrance business to increase market share and improve counter and brand rankings.
Foster Service Attitude
* Show passion for people and products.
* Follow grooming guidelines to uphold the brand image.
* Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment and adhere to hygiene standards.
* Meet communication standards for customer interactions.
