We’re looking for a Sales & Finance Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in precision, and wants to play a critical role in the growth of a scaling business.

What you’ll be doing
🚀 Supporting a high-performing sales team
* Acting as a key point of contact, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks
* Producing daily sales activity and performance reports
* Creating and managing job adverts across multiple platforms
* Maintaining CRM systems with accuracy and compliance
* Supporting consultants with admin that directly impacts revenue
🤝 Managing contractor & client processes
* Processing contractor timesheets and ensuring accurate invoicing
* Coordinating contractor onboarding and compliance (RTW)
* Managing client portals
* Supporting credit control and resolving client queries
* Delivering a seamless experience for both clients and contractors
đź’· Supporting finance operations
* Assisting the accounts team with day-to-day finance processes
* Processing invoices, payments, and financial records
* Reconciling contractor data against client billing
* Tracking payments, expenses, and financial activity
* Ensuring all financial data is accurate, compliant, and up to date
đź“Š Owning reporting & data accuracy
* Producing monthly performance reports across sales and contractors
* Maintaining spreadsheets and system data integrity
* Keeping systems like Bullhorn and Hoopla fully up to date
* Acting as the “go-to” person for system and data queries
What we’re looking for
You might come from an admin, operations, recruitment support, or finance background, but more importantly, you bring the mindset.
✔️ You’ll likely be:
* Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
* Proactive, you don’t wait to be asked
* Comfortable working with data, systems, and numbers
* Someone who enjoys being busy, trusted, and relied upon
* Confident communicating with colleagues, clients, and stakeholder
Bonus points if you have:
* Experience in recruitment or a fast-paced sales environment
* Exposure to finance processes or accounting systems (e.g. Sage)
* Experience using CRM systems
