What You'll Be Doing
As a Garden Designer, you'll take responsibility for delivering exceptional design and ensuring projects meet client expectations.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Ensuring all design schemes are delivered to the highest standards
* Liaising with customers to ensure their vision is achieved and designs have the desired effect
* Assisting colleagues with plant identification and recommending appropriate usage
* Arranging special bespoke projects for clients
* Visiting sites to quality check show homes and design installations
* Creating planting plans and landscape design schemes tailored to client needs
* Upholding ISO9001 & ISO14001 standards across all working practices
* Ensuring Health & Safety standards are maintained in line with company and statutory requirements
* Consistently delivering high levels of client satisfaction and maintaining quality standards
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in garden or landscape design
* Strong plant knowledge and horticultural expertise
* Creativity and a keen eye for detail
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently with clients
* Ability to translate client ideas into practical, high-quality design solutions
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* A proactive, flexible, and professional approach
