Based within our Speke Store, you will receive 1 st class training, enabling you to become a Security Brand Ambassador for Kingdom Security, whilst protecting and supporting the customer journey and shopping experience. When: We’re looking to get the right person in to the team ASAP! Hours: Up to 38 hours per week, shifts as per site rota. About the role: First point of contact for Kingdom Security officers in store. Working closely with the local police and crime hubs gathering intel on prolific shoplifters in the area. Maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel. Providing a visible deterrent within the store. Reducing shrink/stock loss. Completing reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities. Working as part of a team to fulfil customer requirements. Dealing with any difficult situations that arise in a safe and professional manner. About you: A minimum of 12 months experience – preferably within Retail Security. A valid DS SIA Licence. Have the ability to manage conflict in a balanced and professional manner. Knowledge and experience of A.S.C.O.N.E & PACE. A full five-year checkable employment history. Own transport required.
