Job Description
The Opportunity is an exciting chance to join our client's team and assist in delivering impressive digital signage solutions for high-profile clients such as Sky, EE, and The Gym Group. As an AV Operations Manager, you will collaborate with senior management, engineering, and support teams, undertaking a broad range of duties to support various projects across the UK and ROI.
Responsibilities
1. Work collaboratively to deliver and manage digital experiences in retail and leisure sectors.
2. Overall responsibility for all operational aspects of the business in accordance with agreed SLAs.
3. Manage and develop the project workload calendar and oversee its execution.
4. Manage and oversee stock and warehouse operations.
5. Prepare quotes with Directors and Project Managers.
6. Manage and procure equipment required for projects, including cost management and adherence to processes.
7. Track the progress of each job and manage documentation, handling any changes during projects.
8. Motivate and engage engineers and support teams to improve performance and ensure process compliance.
9. Book and arrange engineers, equipment, and route planning.
10. Maintain procedural and transport documentation.
11. Measure and drive performance to ensure client satisfaction.
12. Attend regular meetings to discuss service levels, operational issues, and share ideas for improvements.
13. Provide solutions to current issues and proactively identify future challenges.
Location: Based in Bucks. Salary: Circa £50k-£60k p.a. plus benefits.
Ideal Candidate Skills & Experience
* Ability to lead and manage team members effectively, collaborating with teams and clients.
* High level of AV installation experience.
* At least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
* Self-motivated with excellent organizational and communication skills.
* Ability to remain calm under pressure with meticulous attention to detail.
* Ownership, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
* Timely resolution of client concerns.
* Enthusiastic team player with gravitas and energy.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills for liaising with clients and staff at all levels.
* Driver's License.
