Job Title: Registered Manager – Children's Home
Location: Salisbury
Salary: £48,000 to £52,000 (dependent on experience)
Working Hours: 39 hours per week (flexibility required to ensure smooth running of the home)
Service: Children's Residential Home
Service Users: Children aged 6–18 with EBD, trauma, and complex needs
Qualifications Required: Level 3 in Children & Young People's Workforce (or equivalent) and Level 5 in Leadership & Management (completed or in progress)
Experience in Years Required: Minimum 2 years in a Children's Home, with at least 1 year in a leadership role

Who we are looking for…
An experienced and motivated Registered Manager who can lead, inspire, and develop a dedicated care team. You will be confident in managing day-to-day operations, maintaining compliance with Ofsted standards, and embedding a therapeutic culture that places children's emotional wellbeing at the heart of care delivery.
You will need strong leadership skills, a proven track record with Ofsted, and the ability to manage a stable team that delivers outstanding care to children who have experienced trauma or neglect.

The organisation operates a network of homes across the South West, supported by their own education and clinical services, ensuring children receive consistent and joined-up support.
As part of the Registered Manager team, you'll receive regular professional supervision, monthly peer support, and ongoing leadership development.
