£30,000–£40,000 DOE Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

The Role
As an Associate Recruitment Consultant, youll learn the full recruitment lifecycle while developing your own client and candidate relationships.
Youll be responsible for:
* Identifying and engaging high-calibre legal professionals
* Building relationships with Solicitors and legal teams across the UK
* Supporting clients with hiring projects and talent mapping
* Developing new business opportunities through networking and business development
* Managing recruitment processes from initial engagement through to offer and placement
* Becoming a trusted advisor to both candidates and clients
* Building market knowledge within the legal sector
What Theyre Looking For
This role would suit someone with experience in a commercial, sales or relationship-led environment.
You might currently be working in:
* Business Development
* Recruitment
* Sales Development
Youll likely have:
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Commercial awareness and ambition
* A proactive, resilient mindset
* The confidence to engage with senior professionals
* A desire to develop a long-term career in recruitment
* Degree-level education is advantageous but not essential
