Teaching Personnel is working closely with welcoming and inclusive primary schools in the Swanage area who are seeking Teaching Assistants to join their teams for the new academic year. Whether you’re experienced in education or looking to start a career in schools, we want to hear from you!
Your Role:
* Support pupils with their learning in small groups or 1:1
* Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management
* Provide support for children with additional needs (SEN experience is a bonus)
* Help maintain a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
* Experience working with children (in any setting – school, childcare, youth work, etc.)
* A patient, caring, and proactive attitude
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A desire to support young learners in reaching their potential
