My client is seeking an Internal Recruiter to join them on a 12-month FTC. Your new roleAs a Recruitment Advisor, you’ll be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for a wide range of technology roles within a global IT function. You’ll collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders across multiple regions to deliver a seamless and efficient hiring experience.Key Responsibilities: Lead full-cycle recruitment for IT and digital roles across international teams. Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and implement effective sourcing strategies. Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to meet hiring goals. Maintain and optimise the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure smooth recruitment operations. Track and report on recruitment KPIs and metrics to support data-driven decisions. Schedule interviews across time zones and support onboarding processes.
