Duties of the Car Sales Executive
* Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner to identify their vehicle needs and preferences
* Demonstrate and showcase vehicles, highlighting key features and benefits
* Conduct test drives and provide detailed information to facilitate purchase decisions
* Negotiate sales and work towards achieving monthly targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction
* Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
* Collaborate effectively with the sales team to contribute to dealership success
Requirements of the Car Sales Executive
* Previous experience as a Sales Executive or Senior Sales Executive within the motor trade
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Approachable, enthusiastic, and confident demeanour
* Ability to work independently and within a team environment
* Valid UK driving licence
* Strong negotiation and problem‑solving skills preferred
* Minimum of 1‑2 years of showroom experience is desirable
