Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Voids Surveyor to work with one of our Housing Association clients in Surrey.
What the Job Will Be Doing
* Location would be South London/Surrey through to Portsmouth (c 200 properties)
* Logging and managing repair jobs across multiple housing sites using Civica CX as operating system
* Monitoring KPIs to ensure jobs were completed within target timescales
* Liaised with engineers, subcontractors, and clients to update job progress and resolve queries
* Raised purchase orders and managed subcontractor instructions in CX- Reviewing documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance before invoicing
* Responding to calls and inbox queries, prioritising urgent works and ensuring timely resolution
* Supported compliance by managing job documentation and reports for auditing purposes

* Ability to cover a large patch - (South London/Surrey through to Portsmouth (c 200 properties))
