Are you a commercially driven leader with a passion for international markets and technical sales? We're looking for a dynamic Sales Lead to take full ownership of our Water BU product sales across Rest of World (RoW) markets, including the Middle East, South Africa, Caribbean, and South America.

In this role you'll shape strategy, manage key accounts, and build a high-performing network of agents and partners. You'll be the driving force behind our international growth, delivering world-class service and profitable sales.

Our tried and tested Klargester product range includes sewage treatment plants, fuel and oil separators' and pumping stations. Klargester strive to be the industry leaders in driving global change in the design and manufacturing of sustainable ways of storing and protecting water, dedicated to achieving high levels of sustainability, quality and innovation. Klargester's wastewater and surface water products are suitable for a range of settings including homes, schools, government buildings, hotels, airports, holiday parks and many more.

What You Will Do

* Own the full sales cycle for RoW markets-from enquiry to delivery
* Provide technical guidance and quotations to customers
* Build and manage a strong pipeline via our CRM system
* Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Finance, and Transport teams
* Coordinate export documentation and pre-shipment inspections
* Develop and maintain relationships with agents and partners
* Identify new market opportunities and drive expansion
* Deliver sales targets and contribute to strategic planning
* Present insights and reports to senior leadership
* Champion compliance, safety, and quality standards

What You'll Bring

* Proven experience in international sales, ideally in water, wastewater, or surface water sectors
* Strong technical understanding and commercial acumen
* Excellent communication and presentation skills at senior level
* Cultural awareness, especially in Middle Eastern markets
* Degree-level education or equivalent desirable
