An exciting opportunity has become available with the vibrant Liver Research Team at King's College Hospital for a band 6 clinical research nurse. Based at King's College Hospital, Denmark Hill, you will be part of a team renowned for excellence in liver research, covering observational cohort studies and interventional trials (phase 1-4) for various liver diseases.
We seek a highly motivated and experienced clinical research nurse responsible for coordinating clinical research activities, including participant recruitment, data collection, and ensuring compliance with study protocols and regulatory standards.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in clinical research, experience with various research methodologies, and a strong understanding of GCP guidelines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential to work effectively with patients, researchers, and industry partners.
You will deliver both non-commercial and commercial trials within the portfolio, managing participants throughout the research pathway and handling study and data management activities under supervision. Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team is crucial to ensure patient safety and project efficiency.
Essential qualities include excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to manage your workload independently. Knowledge of liver diseases is desirable, along with the ability to understand clinical trial activities and complete documentation accurately and promptly.
