Property Litigation Solicitor, 3+ PQE, Buckinghamshire, Salary up to £60-70K (DOE). An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to join a growing practice and play a central role in its continued success. You will handle a varied caseload, providing commercially focused advice to a diverse client base, while thriving in a team that offers real opportunities for professional development.
Responsibilities
* Take the lead on all aspects of commercial landlord and tenant disputes, as well as broader property disputes, including issues relating to easements, restrictive covenants, rights to light, and development-related conflicts.
* Manage an independent caseload of high-value, complex contentious property matters.
* Provide commercially focused advice to clients and contribute to business development by strengthening client relationships and supporting the growth of the practice.
Requirements
* Minimum of 3 years’ PQE in property litigation or related area.
* Ambitious, driven, and highly detail-oriented with excellent legal expertise.
