The role is within an established, reputable Loss Adjusters team and requires an experienced Claims Handler to support growth and expansion.
Responsibilities
* Provide first-class customer service to customers, clients and colleagues, ensuring that all claims are proactively managed to conclusion and that client-specific service level criteria are met.
* Act as a point of contact for client/customer queries and own issues through to satisfactory conclusion.
About You
* Experienced in handling Insurance property claims from cradle to grave.
* Able to understand various insurer policy wordings to establish validity.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Good time management and organisational skills with diary management experience.
* Ability to work in a pressured environment handling volume calls while maintaining a quality claims journey experience.
* IT literate with ability to utilise multiple systems.
* Willingness to travel to the local office for training/induction or team meetings as required.
* Industry qualifications, e.g., Cert CII or Cert CILA or willingness to work towards them (desirable).
Hours & Benefits
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week. The role can be remote with attendance at the local office for training/induction and/or team meetings.
* Annual basic salary up to £35,000 per annum.
