The Role
Targeted Services for Young People are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, passionate and motivated Business Support Officer to support our work with young people and children.
Responsibilities include:
* Taking minutes of confidential meetings.
* Reception duties.
* Arranging meetings and sending out letters and email invitations.
* Using multiple database systems and handling electronic room bookings.
* Adapting to agile working as required, with home‑working possibility based on service needs.
Qualifications
* Excellent all‑round administrative skills and strong communication skills.
