The HR Co-ordinator is the go-to person for keeping our HR admin on track. From being the first friendly point of contact for HR queries to supporting the HR Manager on team projects, you’ll play a key role in keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Reporting to the HR Manager, you’ll be responsible for things like: Keeping absence records accurate, up to date, and well organised Collating sickness data weekly and highlighting any emerging issues Checking return-to-work forms, fit notes, and return dates are all in place Analysing absence trends to help us understand patterns and reduce absence over time Conducting exit interviews and pulling together meaningful insights Sharing themes and trends with the business to support continuous improvement Coordinating LinkedIn posts to help showcase what we’re up to Supporting the wider HR team with general admin and day-to-day tasks What you’ll be great at: Being confident with Excel, using it to analyse data, spot patterns and produce clear, useful insights. Keeping things neat, tidy and well organised, particularly absence records and confidential HR information. Pulling together weekly sickness data and highlighting anything that may need attention. Making sure return-to-work forms, fit notes and return dates are accurate and up to date. Analysing absence trends to help us understand what’s going on and how we can improve. Conducting exit interviews and turning honest feedback into meaningful takeaways. Sharing themes and trends with the business in a way that’s clear and easy to understand. Helping coordinate LinkedIn posts to showcase what we’re up to and support our employer brand. Jumping in to support the wider HR team with day-to-day admin and general HR support.
