You will be responsible for planning, coordinating & the successful completion of projects in the Capital and Opex arena for both O/H and Underground assets. Works delivered will need to conform to policy/procedures and have influence in the overall customer satisfaction BMCS scores. Works will be varied and although challenging, will be an excellent opportunity to have very good all-round knowledge and skills interchangeable to most parts of our core business. This post will be based in either York, Scarborough or Northallerton.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Acting as a contributory member of a North Yorkshire team and assisting with simple to complex LV/11KV Capital/Opex Schemes within the North Yorkshire Region and where work volumes may drive works for NPG.
2. Planning and delivering O/H and U/G works effectively to time, cost and quality.
3. Providing customers with excellent customer service in line with the defined policies, and to try and contribute to achieving a 10/10 customer experience.
