As the Assistant Nursery Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Meeting each child's individual needs, including supporting parents with SEND/ASL requirements.
* Building strong relationships with parents and guardians through effective communication.
* Supporting the Nursery Manager in resolving complaints and concerns promptly, reporting to the Regional Manager as needed.
* Supporting, supervising, training, and appraising staff to ensure high-quality childcare and fostering positive team relationships.
* Encouraging and celebrating children's development and achievements.
* Maintaining regulatory compliance and ensuring health and safety standards are met.
*To apply, you must hold at least a Level 3 Childcare qualification and have previous experience as an Assistant or Deputy Nursery Manager.*
