Your new role
As a 2nd Line Support Technician, you will provide advanced technical support to users, resolvingplex issues and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. You will work closely with the 1st Line Support team to escalate and manage incidents, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
