Tribal Digital is partnering with a forward-thinking digital full-service agency in London to find a Digital Manager experienced across Paid Social and PPC.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative team working with fast-growing direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands — helping them scale through insight-led performance campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and sales.
About the Role
As Digital Manager, you’ll take ownership of paid media strategies and day-to-day campaign management across multiple D2C clients. You’ll balance creative thinking with performance insight to design campaigns that deliver results and strengthen customer connections.
You’ll work closely with specialists in paid social, paid search, and creative strategy to ensure campaigns are effective, efficient, and continually evolving.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and manage paid media strategies across PPC and Paid Social channels.
* Oversee campaign setup, optimisation, and reporting to deliver measurable growth.
* Collaborate with creative and client teams to align messaging, visuals, and targeting.
* Translate data and insights into clear recommendations and next steps.
* Stay informed on emerging tools, trends, and approaches in D2C marketing.
About You
* Experienced in both PPC and Paid Social, ideally within an agency or D2C-focused environment.
* Comfortable managing multiple accounts and budgets across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and related platforms.
* Skilled at interpreting performance data and identifying opportunities for improvement.
* Organised, curious, and proactive in finding new ways to reach and engage audiences.
* Passionate about D2C brands, digital innovation, and measurable impact.
