The Role
They are seeking an Apprentice to join their Engineering Team at their manufacturing site in Hatfield, UK. The team focuses on developing multi-disciplined engineering skills for routine maintenance and fault finding on pharmaceutical equipment and systems.
Role Responsibilities
* Be a multi-skilled engineering apprentice within the manufacturing of oral solid dose and packaging.
* Learn and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
* Carry out daily operations and maintenance of pharmaceutical equipment.
* Contribute to the development of innovative technology.
Skills and Qualifications
* Genuine interest in practical engineering.
* Good technical aptitude and communication skills.
* Willingness to work hard and be a team player.
* Self-confidence and a responsible attitude towards work and personal growth.
* Good time management and reliability.
* Minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent at grade C or above, including Maths, English, and Science; IT literacy is also required.
* Keen interest in engineering.
Apprenticeship Details
The Level 3 Engineering apprenticeship is provided by Harlow College, lasting 4 years and 3 months, with block release for college and office days.
