Our client, a world-leading manufacturer, has an exciting vacancy for a Customer Support Advisor to join their busy team.
Responsibilities:
1. Providing help and advice to customers on products and services
2. Dispatching samples to customers
3. Processing orders on the in-house system and sending out acknowledgements
4. Pulling reports from the in-house system and distributing to the wider team
5. Collating all paperwork for invoicing
6. Liaising with third-party suppliers
7. Investigating and solving customer queries
8. Keeping an up-to-date knowledge of the company products and services on offer
