By joining AJW Group, you will become part of a world-leading independent specialist in the supply, exchange, maintenance, repair, and lease of commercial and business aircraft spare parts. As a Logistics Executive, you will be working with our customers both internationally and domestically to ensure that the consignments are delivered in full on time, every time. You'll join a large logistics team of 25 people within a global organisation of 500. The logistics team provides a collaborative atmosphere, where you can continue to learn and specialise in logistics within a fast-paced environment, supported by people that are true specialists. This role is on-site at our HQ in Slinfold. This role is day shift 4 on 4 off, 7am - 7pm on a 12 month fixed term contract. What you will be doing Exceed customer expectations and meet requirements through the global shipping You'll research and use the most economical and fast-paced methods of moving consignments globally Decide the best method of shipping Complete compliance documents Negotiating the cost of shipping Consider handling, labelling, and shipping dangerous goods Collaborating with internal departments to achieve department and company goals, in particular, the warehouse to ensure that no interruptions happen in the customer journey Meeting set company goals About you Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills Good communication and teamwork Ability to manage tasks independently Comfortable handling documentation and following processes Motivated, reliable, and goal‑driven Desirable : Experience in a fast‑paced or operational role Familiarity with global teams Background in logistics or supply chain Why join us?
