Commercial Contracts Solicitor - Milton Keynes
Oculus Legal Group is working with a Leading Top 200 Law Firm in their search for an experienced Commercial Contracts Solicitor to join their dynamic, Legal 500 recognised Commercial practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded Lawyer with experience working on non-contentious commercial contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
You will be adept in managing a full caseload of HNW matters, including but not limited too:
* Agency, distribution, data protection, franchising, IT related agreements, licensing and exploitation of intellectual property,
* Other standard and bespoke commercial contracts and corporate support.
* In addition, the work will from time to time include:
* Seldom work on partnerships and LLPs, Competition Law, asset finance and consumer credit.
About you:
* A minimum of 3PQE (non-negotiable)
* Excellent academics and strong ambition for career development
* Good commercial experience. (Mixed corporate/commercial experience will also be considered).
* Excellent interpersonal and marketing skills with the ability to develop contacts for the team and the firm
* Ability to work unsupervised, seeking assistance from other team members on more complex matters
