Job Description:
We are seeking a highly analytical and data-driven Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to join our dynamic analytics team. The role involves transforming raw data into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making, analyzing complex datasets, creating dashboards, and leading BI initiatives to empower stakeholders across the organization.
Key Accountabilities:
* Translate business requirements into technical design documents for BI solutions.
* Generate and maintain BI interfaces.
* Analyze large datasets to extract insights, identify trends, and uncover opportunities.
* Develop reports and dashboards, creating visual insights.
* Lead and manage BI projects, ensuring timely delivery.
* Manage multiple BI projects, including scoping, analysis, and risk assessment for upgrades and migrations.
* Document data warehouse objects, metadata, and architecture.
* Support data process optimization, quality, and security efforts.
* Automate processes and contribute to data governance frameworks.
Knowledge and Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field.
* Experience in a financial services environment preferred.
* 5+ years as a BI Developer or similar role.
* Strong SQL Server / T-SQL skills.
* Experience with database management, ETL processes, and data modeling.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure data services, and data pipelines.
* Experience with notebooks (PySpark, SQL) and data analysis troubleshooting.
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
* Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus.
