As a Project Manager at ROCK, you will oversee the delivery of IT services and solutions for our clients — coordinating technical teams, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring high-quality outcomes that align with business objectives.
You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal technical teams to ensure smooth delivery from planning through to implementation. This role demands excellent communication, structured project management, and a strong technical understanding to turn client requirements into successful, on-time project deliveries.
What you'll be doing:
Project Planning & Delivery
1. Create and maintain detailed project plans defining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
2. Ensure alignment between technical requirements, business goals, and client expectations.
3. Oversee project execution to ensure delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
4. Manage risks, proactively address issues, and take corrective actions to ensure project success.
5. Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure all records are accurate and up to date.
