THE ROLE:
- You will manage a broad range of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
- Your caseload will include freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, new build transactions and general residential property advice.
- You will work with a diverse client base, including first:time buyers, home movers, investors, and developers.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors with a minimum of 2 Years PQE.
- Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing processes
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage a caseload independently and efficiently
