This role is key to ensuring a smooth transition of HR and payroll records and maintaining data integrity during the project.  * Assist in the extraction, cleansing, and validation of HR and payroll data for migration
 * Support the mapping and transformation of data between old and new HR and payroll systems
 * Perform data entry and verification tasks to ensure accuracy during the migration process
 * Work with the payroll and IT teams to identify and resolve data inconsistencies or gaps
 * Conduct post‑migration data audits and support reconciliation processes
 * Help maintain detailed records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes
 * Provide administrative support to the payroll migration project team, including file handling and system updates
 * Maintain confidentiality and ensure GDPR and data protection compliance throughout
 * Proactively escalate issues to the Team Leader or relevant teams to ensure timely resolution and maintain the integrity of the migration process
