Marketing Executive (Entry-Level)
We're looking for an enthusiastic graduate with a passion for marketing, content creation, and fitness. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing fitness brand and develop your own skills as a marketeer.
Key Responsibilities:
Day-to-Day Marketing
* Create and curate engaging content for social media and CRM channels.
* Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across platforms.
* Support the delivery of social media and CRM strategies to grow brand awareness and engagement.
Community Management
* Build relationships with our online community through proactive engagement.
* Spot opportunities for community growth and new engagement initiatives.
Social Customer Support
* Provide timely and helpful responses to customer enquiries and feedback via social media.
Monthly Reporting
* Assist with compiling and analysing data from social media and CRM campaigns to produce reports on key metrics.
* Use insights (with team support) to help optimise future content and strategies.
Other Responsibilities
* Assist in building and scheduling weekly email campaigns.
* Support the planning and own scheduling of social media content.
* Participate in studio shoots and product sending processes as needed.
* Contribute to marketing administrative tasks.
* Manage translation needs and liaise with translators (primarily French and German markets).
* Support event execution, with opportunities to attend fitness events, pop-ups, and community activations.
* Source articles for blog content, proofread, and coordinate with freelancers for content creation.
* Gain experience using scheduling and marketing platforms such as Sprout Social, Shopify, and Klaviyo.
* Ambassador and affiliate outreach and onboarding.
Requirements
* Active interest in fitness.
* A degree in a relevant subject (2:1 or above required).
* An eye for content creation, editing, and curating meaningful social content.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
* Hardworking, proactive, and eager to learn.
* Creative mindset.
* Any experience in social media or CRM is a bonus, but not essential.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Desirable Skills
* Analytical skills - confidence in navigating platforms to analyse and report on data is a plus.
* Design skills - familiarity with tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar is beneficial.
* Prior exposure to channel analysis and marketing reporting.
* Willingness to learn, work collaboratively, and grow within the role.

Additional Details
Hybrid role
: Based at our Warrington offices (3 days in the office, 2 days remote). Candidate will be located in the North, ideally in the Greater Manchester area, due to office, shoot, and other regular locations.
Salary
: £24,000
