Senior Growth Marketing Executive

A fast-growing health and nutrition brand is looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Executive to help drive awareness, acquisition and retention across all digital channels. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who loves fast-paced environments and wants broad exposure across growth marketing.
What You’ll Do
* Support multi-channel D2C campaigns, launches and promotions
* Coordinate with creative teams and paid media agencies
* Assist with paid media performance across Meta & Google
* Manage daily organic social posting, engagement and community management
* Support email & SMS campaigns (Klaviyo), including segmentation and A/B testing
* Produce on-brand copy for ads, social, email and web
* Track CAC, LTV, ROAS and other key growth metrics
About You
* 2–4 years in marketing/growth (ideally D2C or eCommerce)
* Strong understanding of paid & organic social
* Hands-on with Klaviyo and analytics tools
* Excellent copywriting and attention to detail
* Proactive, organised, and comfortable in a fast-moving team
* Interest in health, fitness or nutrition is a plus
