Situated in a beautiful waterside setting on the outskirts of Lincoln, this role combines traditional security with high-level customer service. As the face of the estate, you will ensure the safety of residents and visitors while maintaining the professional standards of their environment.

Requirements
Essential
* A current, valid SIA Licence is essential
* A full, clean manual UK Driving Licence is essential
* Strong computer literacy, excellent English communication skills, and a positive "can-do" attitude
* Must be comfortable with lone working and committed to a 365-day operational rota (including weekends and bank holidays)

1. Previous experience in security or a customer-facing administrative role is highly preferred...
