Rate: £13.65 per hour + paid training + industry-recognised qualifications + flexible shifts
Hours: 35 per week

What You'll Do
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping our residents lead fulfilling, meaningful lives while maintaining independence, dignity and choice. Your responsibilities will include:
* Leading and supervising the care team on shift
* Supporting with personal care and daily living tasks
* Administering medication safely
* Creating, reviewing and updating person-centred care plans
* Supporting residents with emotional and psychological well-being
* Working closely with families to ensure they feel part of the Glenholme community
* Promoting inclusion, encouragement and a positive atmosphere every day
Qualifications & Experience Required
* NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (minimum, as Level 3 desired or willingness to work towards it)
* Experience working in a care home or similar setting
* Medication administration experience (training can be provided)
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* A genuine passion for supporting older people
* This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
