Responsibilities:
1. Own the product relationship with strategic customers to support long-term growth opportunities.
2. Engage with senior customer stakeholders to understand challenges and objectives, providing leadership on how ServiceNow can unlock value.
3. Articulate how ServiceNow fits into the broader technology landscape to enhance experience and support transformation.
4. Advise on enabling success of ServiceNow transformation, including strategy and capability roadmap, internal capability, governance, and operating model alignment.
5. Manage sales enablement messaging related to ServiceNow strategy within Sector Sales teams, collaborating with ServiceNow Specialists.
6. Maintain industry awareness to inform Computacenter's ServiceNow strategy.
7. Work closely with ServiceNow delivery teams to ensure project alignment with strategic directives.
8. Contribute to the strategic direction of ServiceNow offerings and collaborate across business lines for solution development.
9. Participate in internal initiatives and serve as a role model, supporting less experienced team members.
10. Engage with ServiceNow's solution and product owners for insights into new developments and opportunities.
11. Collaborate with industry teams to align with shared customer needs.
12. Promote Computacenter's capabilities to partners and sales teams.
13. Represent Computacenter at industry events as the ServiceNow Lead Authority and create thought leadership collateral.
Qualifications:
1. Extensive experience leading and implementing ServiceNow platform areas, especially core IT Workflow applications.
2. Strong leadership skills, capable of engaging and leading teams confidently.
3. Advanced relationship-building skills, with experience engaging with CxO and Director levels.
4. Proven consulting, project delivery, and analytical skills, with experience in large complex implementations.
5. Motivated, result-oriented, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
6. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently.
7. Solid problem-solving and business process analysis skills.
8. Team player with the ability to collaborate across teams.
