We have partnered with a highly reputable client who is looking to add a Senior Associate to its top-tier counter fraud team in Manchester City Centre.
Role Overview
You will be working within a renowned Fraud Team that specialises in organised and complex fraud investigations. You will litigate across a broad range of claims as well as prepare reports and strategies to safeguard your clients from fraudulent claims including employers liability, public liability and occupiers liability claims.
Required Experience
* Qualified Solicitor with 5 or more years of post-qualified experience
* Comprehensive background within a counter fraud team
* Demonstrable expertise in EL/PL/OL claims
