Executive Assistant UP to £34,000 DOE Permanent | Full time Office based | North-West London Our client is an established, market leading company with a global reach, who are looking for an Executive Assistant to join their Headquarters in North West London. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Supporting a small UK based team, this is a role essential to supporting the day to day operations of the office and also working with members of the c-suite to ensure their days run smoothly. The role will be varied as you will be the only administrative support within the office and will give the opportunity to be involved in different aspects of the business. Main responsibilities: Manage calendars for the executives and helping to schedule/coordinate meetings Maintain HR records and general HR administration General office management, such as ordering supplies, organising incoming/outgoing post Using a CRM system to onboard and offboard new clients Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all documents are audit ready Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders Supporting the sales team with preparing, PO’s, invoices, tracking orders, Managing invoices, expenses and other general financial administration WHO YOU ARE This role will suit someone who has some good experience working in a small team where you have been the go to person. You will ideally have supported at a senior level and be comfortable communicating with stakeholders at all levels. As you will be the sole administrative support in the office, this will also suit someone who is used to working autonomously and is able to role up their sleeves and get stuck in Requirements: At least 5 years of administrative support Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience managing office operations Strong attention to detail Experience working in financial administration is a plusREF: AR122990 Tiger is B Corp Certified.
