About the Role
* Ensure compliance with regulatory consumer standards through robust quality assurance and service improvement initiatives.
* Use performance analysis, best practices, and benchmarking data to identify and implement service improvements.
* Develop mechanisms for resident feedback and support the investigation of complaints, ensuring lessons learned are embedded.
* Monitor and drive the delivery of service plans, self-assessments, improvement plans, audit recommendations, and inspection findings.
* Support housing teams in achieving objectives and maintaining business continuity plans.
* Produce reports, briefings, and bulletins for a range of audiences.
* Stay informed on all Housing service operations to identify and propose service improvement initiatives that enhance resident satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in performance monitoring, quality assurance, and service improvement within Housing or a related sector.
* Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data, identify trends, and drive improvements.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills to work effectively with residents, teams, and external partners.
* Knowledge of regulatory consumer standards and an understanding of best practices in housing service delivery.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities, implement action plans, and monitor service performance.
